Whether you are already a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or just getting started as a Behavior Technician (BT), we would love to hear from you. You do not need a certification to apply.
If you are new to the field, we will support you on the path to certification: we cover the cost of the 40-hour RBT training and your RBT exam fee. Some of the families we serve are funded through programs that ask for RBT certification, and when that applies to your caseload we will help you get there.
Most applicants finish in under 10 minutes. Fields marked * are required — our hiring team reviews every application and will reach out by email or phone.
